Transfer Gifts of Stock

Thank you for your interest in donating a gift of stock to Dore Academy. Giving appreciated securities is a tax-wise way of benefiting the school as well as the donor.

The following information is required to make a stock transfer:

1. Your name

2. Broker's name

3. Description of security issue and number of shares

4. Gift Designation

Please contact Jim Pearce, business manager, at 704-365-5490 ext. 21 with the above information required to complete the transfer. It is extremely important that you contact Dore Academy before donating securities so that the development office can properly credit your gift.
