Volunteer Opportunities

Hospitality Volunteers – Provide refreshments, such as drinks, cookies or paper products, for various events. Time commitment is on an as-needed basis.

Dore Dads – Minimal landscaping, set or prop carpentry for student performances, cooks for school picnics, etc. On an as needed basis.  

Wednesday Watch – Copying, organizing, and stuffing the weekly newsletter into student packets; distribute packets to teachers. Time commitment would be Wednesdays from one half to a full school day. 

New Families Volunteer – Mentor new families by making monthly contacts and answering questions as needed.

Library Volunteers – Re-shelve returned books, follow up on overdue titles, process new or donated books. Time commitment would be one day a week for 1-2 hours. 

Fund Raising Volunteers – Organize and promote such activities as Innisbrook gift wrap, Box Tops for Education, Scholastic Book Fair, Grocery Store programs, etc. On an as needed basis.

Mail Prep – Help with Xeroxing, folding, stapling, addressing, and stuffing mailings. On an as needed basis.
