Student Life

Dore Academy’s academics go beyond the classrooms, expanding on to courts, membership clubs, playing fields and enrichment programs. Whether amateur or seasoned, all students have an opportunity to play competitive sports at Dore. Our athletic programs motivate student-athletes to maintain physical fitness, while emphasizing and maintaining the fundamentals of teamwork, work ethic, sportsmanship, commitment, and the handling of success and failure. This philosophy, combined with excellent coaching and enthusiastic spirit allows, students to explore their athletic strengths and interests. In athletics, as in other areas of our school program, there are many opportunities for students to develop leadership and management skills. Students can serve as captains on teams, or assist coaches in various programs.
